Welcome to the Coalition!
March 25, 2011 is the Centennial of the infamous Triangle Factory Fire. We are throwing a city-wide commemoration in honor of all who were lost and in support of the on-going fight for social justice for all. In concert with organizations and individuals across the country, we are creating a living memorial that reflects the powerful social conscience and action that the fire inspired.
- The creation of innovative participatory activities, to build the muscles of active social engagement.
- New collaborations between communities
- Establishing a permanent memorial

I think it would be great to get someone like Pete Seeger or Ronnie Gilbert who were there when the unions were struggling to come and perform.
