Organized by the Remember the Triangle Fire Coalition and Workers United
A Procession to honor the victims of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire, those who suffered because of the fire and those activists who fought for change following the fire. The procession will feature shirtwaists and sashes carried aloft bearing the names of the 146 victims, historic photographs, and labor union banners. Marchers will include: family members of the victims, labor unions, theater and dance companies, students, and participating organizations. However, all are welcome to participate.
We march not only to remember and reflect but also to stand in solidarity with current worker action around this country and around the world!

10:30AM –PROCESSION LEAVES UNION SQUARE FOR CENTENNIAL COMMEMORATION
Procession to arrive at the Workers United Commemoration site at 11:30 am, corner of Washington and Greene, the ceremony at the site begins at 12noon
