Richard Joon Yoo is an architectural designer, artist and instructor based in New York City. Yoo holds a BFA in Sculpture from the Art Institute in Chicago and a MArch I from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). He currently works for Sarah Oppenheimer Studio in New York City and has taught at various Universities, including his alma mater, (Sci-Arc).

Uri Wegman graduated from the Cooper Union School of architecture in New York in 2008 and taught there until 2013. He worked at Sarah Oppenheimer studio and is now completing his Master of Architecture degree at the SCI-Arc in Los Angeles.



Organelle is a New York based design partnership created by Courtney Hunt + Alexander Witko, practicing at the intersection of architecture, art and technology. Our approach is rooted in a broad spectrum of creative culture and galvanized by the rapidly evolving nature of society today. We maintain a collaborative process, embracing all methods necessary to produce socially and environmentally responsive outcomes. Our practice is involved in building and making at all scales, from industrial design to residential and commercial projects, and has been awarded public art commissions including installations for Nuit Blanche, and the Cities of Brooklyn, Surrey, and Vancouver. Past exhibitions include the Chelsea Art Gallery, Vancouver Art Gallery, the 2010 Cultural Olympiad and Olympic Games. Organelle has been published in Abitare and was recently featured in The 5ifty, a documentary profiling emerging arts and designers, created by The Knowledge Network.

Alexander Witko holds a Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland. He was awarded the outstanding Thesis Prize for his work on collaborative architecture and repositioning the role of the designer in society. He has taught several environmental design studios as well as a graduate seminar on urban architecture and light. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has worked in New York, Washington DC, Vancouver, and St. Petersburg.

Courtney Hunt holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture Preservation and Planning, where she was the recipient of the Honor Award for Excellence in Design and Building Technologies. In 2013, she received the William Kinne Fellows Prize with Bo Liu, Sydney Talcott and Mia Zinni for their ongoing research initiative on responsive, urban infrastructure. In 2012, her collaborative project on sustainable urban architecture received an International One Prize Design + Science Award. Her work has been featured in Abstract, she has co-taught studios on both real estate and architectural technology and continues to contribute to academia as a guest critic.

Carmen Potter received a Bachelor of Business degree and a Master of Architecture, both from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD. She has worked on a diverse range of projects including higher education, cultural, and residential architecture.

Recently establishing Carmen Potter Studio, Potter is interested in a multidisciplinary approach to design believing that her work should reflect needs and aspirations. In addition, being committed to design as an optimistic effort that celebrates the relationship between art and architecture is central to her philosophy, as is her use of light as a unifying tool.

She is currently collaborating on several projects. Potter's work was recently published in Architectural Drawing: A Visual Compendium of Types and Methods by Rendow Yee.



Sara Faria is from Funchal — Madeira Island in Portugal. She has a degree in Architecture and a Master in Architecture from Universidade da Beira Interior.

Faria completed an internship in Switzerland with the 4D Landschaftsarchitekten office and has collaborated with Quark Arquitectos office in Spain. Her work has been published at the International Conference in Mozambique and for the Centro de Estudos de Historia do Atalantico, Região Autónoma da Madeira — both in 2011.



Sabina Tanovic from Sarajevo. Actively engaged with issues concerning commemoration of the war period in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1992 — 1996) with a focus on the siege of Sarajevo and gross human rights violation in the area of Prijedor. Tanovic holds a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Sarajevo '06.

Tanovic also has a master's degree with a project entitled Memorial for the Siege of Sarajevo (2010) at Delft University of Technology (TUDelft). Currently, she is a PhD candidate at TU-Delft, Institute of History of Art, Architecture and Urbanism.

Dario Kristic born and lived in Sarajevo until November of 1992. Returning to Sarajevo, attended and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Sarajevo '06. He is currently working for the design studio, Arcoing. Kristic has also worked in Milan, Italy.



Beom Jun Kim and Leticia Wouk Almino, both received their Master in Architecture from Yale University with distinction. Since Yale, they have collaborated on several projects focusing on the impact architecture can have in the public sphere. In 2013, they were recognized for their proposal for the Architecture League of New York competition, Folly, in the Socrates Sculpture Park in Long Island City, which was their first collaboration.

Leticia was featured in the 2012 Wallpaper* Graduate Directory: Next Generation. She was the recipient of the Moulton Andrus Award for excellence in Art and Architecture in 2011, and won the KPF Traveling Fellowship in 2010. She is currently working on a book, 16 Squares, a comparative study of public spaces in four capital cities in Portugal and Brazil.

Beom Jun was the recipient of the Henry A. Pfisterer Scholarship and the Robert Allen Ward Scholarship in 2009 is currently working on research on the impact of big data on city planning and the design of urban spaces.

They both live and practice architecture in Brooklyn, NY.



Mathew Devendorf and Stacy Economy both received their Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they met. Currently, Mathew is pursuing his Master of Design in Designed Objects at School of the Art Institute Chicago and Stacy works at Axios Architects and Consultants, Ltd. in the Chicago Loop. She is also a recipient of the AIA Chicago Sustainability Leadership Award 2012 for Iron Street Farm Master Plan and awarded Illinois Technology Foundation's Fifty for the Future in 2011. Since their graduation from IIT, they have collaborated on various projects that seek the synthesis of architecture, art, and design.
