Eligibility & Registration

The competition is open to individuals and teams (maximum 5 team members), minimum 18 years of age, regardless of geographical location. No officer, director, employee, standing committee member or consultant of RTFC, nor their immediate family (including registered partners), are eligible to enter. Employees and immediate family members of the jury are also ineligible. You may enter as many ideas as you wish, but each idea must be registered and paid for separately with a unique registration number.

Submissions will be anonymous and must be submitted digitally. Each submission must be noted only by an Entrant’s registration number (provided upon registration).

A packet containing images of the site, and drawings in various formats will be available for downloading via a password that you will receive upon registration and payment via PayPal.

Submission Requirements

Submissions should be a one page PDF (under 5MB) scalable to (1) 24”x36” sheet, oriented vertically, and must contain the following:

— Overall elevation(s) and any detail representation necessary to convey your idea.
— At least one rendering at eye level (size to be at competitor’s discretion).
— Registration number (sent upon registration) to be located in the lower right-hand corner of your submission at 24pt and Arial font.
— In addition to the board, a project description of fewer than 500 words, minimum 10pt in, in letter size format (pdf).
