These are armbands that I made when we had the Remember the Triangle Fire Coalition event at Judson Church – for the 99th Anniversary of the Triangle Fire in 2010. I made 146 and they were free and I gave them out, so everybody who came in got one of these. What’s really touching is that people save them. They’ll show up at another Triangle event, and they’ll say “Look, we have ours!” And it’s so sweet.
You can find the Triangle Fire Armbands at the New York City Fire Museum as part of the the Triangle Fire Open Museum for the month of April 2012!
