Women’s eNews hosted an event at Hunter College for International Women’s Day in collaboration with the college’s Gender and Women’s Studies program and the League of Women Voters. We scheduled a diverse group of panelists who discussed the Triangle Fire as well as the status of workers’ rights, then and now. We later hosted a screening of the documentary “Triangle Fire” with its filmmaker Jamila Wignot.
