Triangle Fire Open Archive
The Triangle Fire Open Archive is an online archive being created by on-going community contributions to tell the story of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire and its critical relevance today. Please consider sharing stories, images or documents to build this public resource.

NYC Fire Museum
The museum is seeking the photographs of victims of the fire as they revamp their Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire exhibit.

Bertha Greb – Memorial Service, All Faiths Cemetery
Bertha Greb is the only victim of the Triangle Fire buried at All Faiths Cemetery. Please join for the ceremony at 11:00 am

Memorial Ceremony Mount Richmond Cemetery Please join the Hebrew Free Burial Association at 9:00am for a memorial ceremony for the 22 Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire victims buried here. There will be a reception after the ceremony.

Procession
There will be a procession from Union Square to join the centennial commemoration at the Brown Building. Family members are invited to be at the front of the procession and to carry shirtwaists with the names of their relatives on sashes. 9:30am formation, 10:30am Procession leaves Union Square.

There will be space just in front of the stage for family members. There are a limited number of seats available for those who would find it challenging to stand for the entire time. Please dress warmly. Even on sunny days it can be quite cold and the tall buildings act as a wind tunnel. At the end of the ceremony there is the reading of the names + placing of the flowers. If you would like to read the name of your relative at the ceremony please drop a line to LuLu: lululolo@rcn.com

Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Pompeii Church The service at 2:00pm (please note the time change, the printed calendar is incorrect) will be led by Archbishop Timothy Dolan and Father John Masseri

Chalk
Each year on the anniversary of the fire volunteers fan out across the city to Chalk the names and ages of the victims in front of their former homes. Family members are warmly welcomed to participate any time on March 25.

Christ the King
Please join with the Maltese Family and the Triangle Memorial Association at 7:00pm for a ceremony at Christ the King High School. The service will include the unveiling of a new painting by Constance Maltese, dedicated to all who perished in the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire. Heather Arzberger, Choir director, flutist.

Stanton Street Shul
The LES’s Stanton Street Shul would like to extend its deepest respect to all families who mourn for those who perished in the Fire. WE REMEMBER: we will be using the traditional language of prayer to remember this tragedy at our morning prayer service from 10:00am – noon. All are welcome.

Memorial Meeting
The Remember the Triangle Fire Coalition will launch the public effort to build the public art Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire Memorial with an organizational meeting at 1pm. All are welcome!

Triangle Walk
At 1:46pm, 146 people will walk from the Asch/Brown Building to join the tribute at the Museum at Eldridge Street.
