DESCRIPTION:Seekonk High School in Seekonk\, Massachusetts\, presents the premiere of “South of 14th Street\,” an original student-written and directed play by junior Juliana Centracchio\, highlighting the tragic events of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire of 1911. \n\n\n\nWHEN: Oct. 16 and 18 at 7 p.m.; and Oct. 19 at 2 p.m.WHERE: Seekonk High School in Seekonk\, Massachusetts \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe play sheds light on the devastating working conditions that led to one of the most infamous industrial disasters in American history\, while honoring the lives lost and the labor reforms that followed. \n\n\n\nCentracchio\, a dedicated member of the SHS Theatre Company since her freshman year\, has already made a name for herself as a talented actor.
