— RTFC reserves the right to alter at any time the competition requirements, rules, regulations, phases, timing or other terms governing the competition as RTFC may deem fit or proper at its sole discretion.

In entering the design competition, entrants grant RTFC unrestricted license to exercise the entrants’ rights regarding their design submissions, including, but not limited to, reproduction, preparation of derivative works, distribution of copies of the design submission, and the right to authorize such use by others. RTFC reserves the right to alter at any time the competition requirements, rules, regulations, or other terms governing the competition as RTFC may deem fit or proper at their sole and absolute discretion.
